You dont have to worry abot international payments, we serve as a connector between law firms and legal assistants (Contractor), managing the receipt of payments from law firms and disbursing those payments to contractors.
AndesLex charges a one-time fixed hiring fee, which is due when the law firm selects a candidate presented by AndesLex. After that, AndesLex charges a percentage fee based on the contractor's hourly rate for the duration of the contract. This fee structure ensures that AndesLex is compensated for its services throughout the working relationship between the law firm and the contractor.
